Special feature:
The original, error-prone pressure sensors that were installed in the original unit have been replaced with modern, high-quality, and durable ceramic pressure measuring cells with integrated microprocessors. This effectively resolves the design problem with the immature pressure sensors, which often leads to issues with this device when the motorcycles are delivered. By standardly replacing the failure-prone original pressure sensors, you acquire a refurbished device that is 'better' than the original device.

The unit has been completely disassembled as part of the overhaul, cleaned of brake fluid, and washed in an ultrasound bath. Damaged and worn parts have been replaced. The pump motors have been overhauled. The ECU was checked and repaired. Finally, the ABS control unit was tested on a specially developed test bench according to BMW manufacturer specifications.
