GENERAL INFORMATION
We offer you the following payment methods. Just choose the type of payment that is ideal for you. Shipping costs depend in part on the weight and the country of destination. The prices quoted in the respective offers represent final prices. They include all price components, including any incurred taxes such as VAT. Only in the case of cross-border delivery can further taxes (e.g. in the case of intra-community acquisition) and levies (e.g. customs duties) have to be paid by you, but not to the seller, but to the customs or tax authorities responsible there. The applicable delivery and shipping costs are not included in the purchase price, they are available via the “shipping costs” page, they are shown separately during the order process and are to be borne by you in addition.
PREPAYMENT
We will request payment by e-mail or fax, etc. Please transfer the total amount to the designated account. Shipping can only take place after payment has been received by us. Please make sure that we receive the exact amount when making international transfers. You have to pay bank fees and expenses. Please do not transfer money to us without our request, otherwise there will be elaborate credits.
SURNAME
Please have the invoice amount ready; the delivery person collects on delivery in cash (no checks). For cash on delivery we charge a fee of 4,95 €. Your advantage is that we can ship the same day, immediately after your device is completed. (Acceptabilityonly possible in Germany, cannot be combined with express shipping)
EC CARD ON COLLECTION
You pay with EC card when you pick up your device at RH Electronics in Hattenhofen. Please note: we only accept German EC cards and no credit cards. There are no additional costs for the card payment.
CASH PAYMENT UPON PICK-UP
You pay in cash when you pick up your device at RH Electronics in Hattenhofen. There are no additional costs.
