BUSINESS PRACTICES

When repairing electronic control units, disagreements sometimes arise. We would like to briefly point out some problems to create a clear basis for the repair:

Basically the defect of a control unit is annoying and for the affected customer connected with costs and expenditure. We will try to help you and repair your device, but we are neither the manufacturer of the device nor responsible for the defect and any inconvenience it may cause.

You want a cheap and fast repair of your control unit, we will try to repair your unit. However, it must be clearly distinguished that this is a repair that is not possible or fails in some unforeseeable cases. You as the client bear the risk here! However, depending on the type of device, we can repair 80-99% of the devices. The repair rate decreases drastically with unknown devices or with pre-repair by 3. persons, water damages etc. of course.

You can help us with the repair. We need information about the vehicle, faults that have occurred, fault pattern, fault memory etc. in order to complete the repair successfully. Your personal data is also necessary for invoicing. We therefore ask you to fill out the corresponding repair order on our WEB page correctly and as completely as possible, so that we receive all data without great effort for queries. The assignment of an order number in the event of queries is also made considerably easier. If you frequently send devices to us, please use the customer login. The advantage is that your customer data and orders are stored and can be found quickly.

We try as a competent specialized enterprise everything to repair your equipment, if however a repair is not possible and we also cannot supply exchange equipment new or used , we have no more possibility to help you. Please understand this point, it is not because we do not want to help you.

Please allow sufficient time for a repair of your device. You should also always be aware that the repair may not be feasible or that a problem may occur. We experience again and again that we receive equipment on Thursday and that the customers want to go on holiday with the repaired vehicle on Friday afternoon. We can hardly help with such bad planning, and stress is also built up. You decide for a repair! This requires time, clean work and also problems can occur during the entire repair process. Please bear this in mind before placing an order.
